My family of 7 recently did the Saona Island VIP tour and have nothing but good things to say about the scheduling or the trip itself. Right from the very start, booking from abroad, Ingrid was speedy to communicate and confirm the reservations. My family was staying very close to Bayahibe so it was easy to get to the SeavisTours location and it was right where the guidelines said it would be.

Our tour started right on time (we were one of the first boats leaving of a VERY busy tour spot) and it was nice to beat the other boats out to the Piscina Natural. We had some heavy rains come up so we had to tweak the tour a bit, we went straight out to the Piscina. It was nice to have the flexibility. Our tour was about half English speaking guests and the rest German speaking but Cisco, the guide, was wonderful. His humorous rapport, fun attitude, and general knowledge of the area, culture, and history made the trip an exceptional one. Kudos also need to go to the captain of the boat for safely getting us through some pretty rough seas on the way to our final beach destination of the day. It made for some excitement!

The places on the VIP tour were excellent and while Saona Island sees thousands of visitors each day, it never seemed crowded or overwhelming. Lunch was amazing (with special nod to the grilled "wild" Saona Island boar). The final beach was fantastic... an idyllic paradise.. It was a terrific trip and one I'd strongly recommend to anyone wanting to see Saona Island - which is a must see if you're in the area.
